| How does Suggestion Drop work? |
Suggestion Drop sends email messages to the owner WITHOUT any identifying information. A
second web page is created that allows the customer to privately read any
response from the owner.

| How do I get started? |
If you want to get suggestions:
Click on the link below to set up your own anonymous and confidential page. The tool uses Google accounts to sign in. You can customize your page to explain who you are and what type of feedback is invited. After clicking Submit, you will be redirected to your new page. Note down or bookmark the address, because you will need to give this to the customers you want feedback from. If you want to give a suggestion: You will need the exact web identity of the person or organization you wish to help so that you can be directed to that suggestion page. The person who has requested suggestions can either give you a full web address to get directly to the correct page, or can give you just their identifier to supply after you click "Click Here," below. You will be given an option of creating a “handle” or alias, or remaining nameless. You then simply write a suggestion in the field provided, and click Submit. A new private web page will be automatically generated and displayed when there is a reply to your critique, if you used a handle. A confidential link to that reply will automatically be given to you immediately when you submit your suggestion. |

Anyone can access this Suggestion Drop start page. However, to access
a particular page, you must be given the unique, private identifier or web
address by the person requesting comments. You will not be able to find such a web page
by Google-ing it, for example.
